Fritz began his career in commercial insurance and surety when he joined BKS Partners in 2009. After eight years as the Surety Practice Leader at Lykes Insurance, Fritz rejoined BKS Partners through the Lykes Insurance partnership in 2019. Previously he led The Archerd Company, which provided project management and development services for such notable projects as Old Memorial Golf Club, Pepin Distribution Center, Kingsway Estates, and Tampa Gateway Park.
A former Certified Public Accountant, Fritz began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. and later served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cheval Polo & Golf Club and Turner Equity Investors, an AMEX-listed REIT.
His philanthropic endeavors have included Academy Prep-Tampa and HB Plant High School Mentor Program. His board affiliations have included the Platinum Bank-Tampa Advisory Board, Gulf Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement.
A graduate of Stetson University with a BBA, majoring in Accounting, Fritz and his wife live in Tampa and have three married children and nine grandchildren.
